Managing Director

Edward Leigh, BA (Hons) FCIS TEP

Edward Leigh is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators and a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practioners with over 13 years’ experience in the offshore industry. As Managing Director of OCRA Worldwide’s marine and aviation divisions, he is responsible for all strategy and business development together with the day-to-day management of OCRA Marine and OCRA Aerospace.

Richard Dixon

Richard Dixon is a professional company manager with extensive experience gained in commerce and industry in the UK, Holland and Germany. He joined the group in 1987 as Managing Director of the Isle of Man operation and has provided strong guidance and management throughout the group's ongoing development. As Joint Group Managing Director, he has overall responsibility for day-to-day operations of the Isle of Man and our European offices and the region.

Stephen Porter

Stephen Porter joined the group in 1989 and is a Group Director, a Director of OCRA Marine as well as a Client Services Team Leader in the Isle of Man. Stephen specialises in working with European and international entrepreneurs, as well as professional firms in the Isle of Man and Europe. He has operated at board level with a variety of client organisations and can offer in-depth advice on board governance and compliance requirements.

Finance Director

Brian Monk, BAcc CA

Brian Monk is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and is a graduate of Glasgow University. He joined the group in 1996 having held equivalent positions in professional organisations in the United Kingdom. He is based in the Isle of Man. He specialises in matters relating to Trusts, UK Property Ownership and EU Trading.

Director of Business Relations

James Porter

James Porter rejoined the Group in December 2008 having spent four years with another large corporate service provider on the Island. With over 12 years experience in the offshore industry James is responsible for advising international entrepreneurs, expatriates, intermediaries and other professional bodies on all aspects of corporate, marine and aviation structuring and services.

Dharmesh Naik, B.Eng, Cert (Comp), Cert.ICSA, TEP, F. MIoD

Dharmesh Naik is a graduate of the University of Allahabad in India where he obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. He joined the group in 2000 after spending almost 3 years with Siemens. Dharmesh is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Institute of Corporate Governance in Mauritius. He is a fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD). He is responsible for the Indian Ocean region, Africa, Middle East and India. He is also responsible for the group's IT implementations as well as group marketing.

Dra. Elita Correia Amaral

Elita Amaral was educated in the UK and is a law graduate from the University of Lisbon where she also took a post graduate degree in European Studies. Having started out as a legal counsel to Madeira Management, she was appointed Director in 1995. She is a member of the International Tax Planning Association.

Business Development Executive

Tarryn Boland, BA (Hons)

Tarryn Boland joined the group in 2008 and is currently responsible for the delivery of service to our international intermediary network alongside attending exhibitions and looking after a portfolio of corporate clients involved in the marine and aviation industries.

Accounts Manager

Daniel Fitzpatrick, BSc (Hons) CAT

Daniel Fitzpatrick joined the group in 2009 having previously worked with another large corporate service provider on the island. With over eight years’ experience in the finance industry, Daniel is responsible for all general accounting and taxation issues within the team. Daniel has a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting and is a Certified Accounting Technician. He also holds a diploma in Business Management.

Commercial Services Administrator

Sarah Quine

Sarah Quine joined the group in 2008 having previously spent six years with the Royal Bank of Scotland International. As a Commercial Services Administrator, Sarah looks after a varied portfolio of OCRA Marine and OCRA Aerospace client companies and trusts.
